Stuart Lumsden has over 20 years of experience in a diverse range of projects including hospitality, technology, science and technology, commercial interiors and education. He provides executive support for both cost management and project management, including managing the Gleeds team on a confidential data center program totaling over two million square feet.
He is familiar with all aspects of pre- and post-contract work, from feasibility studies to the agreement of final accounts, and the fully understands the importance of accurate cost planning at an early stage to ensure project budget certainty. Stuart has a wide-ranging background in various procurement routes, including traditional design, bid, build; design, build and construction management.
