We have an opportunity for a part-time Office Administration in our Gleeds Edinburgh office.  Working Monday â€" Friday we can be flexible about working hours. You will assist with administrative duties for the team and will include the following duties;

Office Management;

    • Reception, visitor/client greeting
    • Telephone, first point of contact
    • Ordering/liaison with suppliers, stationery/printing/kitchen requirements
    • Office diary management
    • Typing and posting outgoing mail
    • Recording and distributing incoming mail
    • Admin support to technical staff in production of various documents including bidding documents and presentations
    • Meeting support

Finance;

    • Preparation of invoices
    • Petty cash and banking

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with a focused and organised approach to work; excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ideally, you will have experience in the use of Microsoft Office i.e. Word and Excel.
