Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is rarely out of the headlines these days and with good reason; environmental and social aspirations will shape and impact almost every aspect of the built environment going forward. At some point, investors and residents will simply refuse to engage with high-carbon, unsustainable buildings, and as an industry we must continue to respond at pace – or risk our own survival.
