Peabody Estate, St John's Hill
The St John's Hill Clapham Junction scheme comprises the regeneration of a 1930s Peabody estate, updating the accommodation to fit the needs of residents.
Gleeds provided quantity surveying and information management on Phase 1 of the redevelopment which includes 153 two, three and four bedroom residential units, retail space and basement car parking for 269 cars.
The overall development will comprise of 527 homes, 53 per cent of which will be afforable. A 530m2 community hub will feature in the centre of the development, with 569m2 commercial units opposite Clapham Junction railway station and high quality open space including a new public route from the railway station to Wandsworth Common and a new public square.
