An enchanting island

Gleeds has been appointed by The Residency Group of Hotels to provide construction management services on the resort, which is being developed on a virgin island and covers a vast area of 8 hectares in the Maldives.

The resort comprises of 150 villas and various amenities and will be operated by St. Regis, a global brand development by Marriott International.
